DUALINVEST manufactures special vacuum-formed parts from refractory RCF (aluminium silicate), AES (alkaline earth silicate) and PCW (polycrystalline mullite) fibres. The new products can be tailored to the client's individual requests, but we can also assist in the development process. The parts produced have a temperature range between 500 - 1850 C, and a density between 180 and 900 kg/m3 at the largest available dimensions. Orders can be made for cone, tubular, curved and complex shapes, rigid or flexible. For plants with continuous production, we provide supplies from stock with adequate capacity. Precise dimensions are provided by CNC milling.
