The insulation system we supply is a patented solution, which consists of refractory (RCF) and bio-resistant (AES) fibres applied as spray foam on the surfaces to be insulated. The insulation consists of three components: fibres, binder and foaming agent. The fibres and the binder are mixed using a proprietary process, resulting in a homogeneous foam/fibre mixture. The insulation can be sprayed onto the surface and forms a strong and uniform solid structure. During the spraying process, the concentration of airborne ceramic fibres is significantly reduced.
