Fiberfrax Rigiform products are made from Fiberfrax refractory ceramic fibres, combined with special binders. The inorganic and organic binders create rigid insulating elements. Using vacuum forming, the shape, thickness, density and hardness can be freely controlled in the manufacturing process. For the production of a wide range of parts in high volumes, simple or complex configurations, Fiberfrax Rigiform moulds and boards can be the most economical solution up to 1300°C.
